FCA Power Camp Special Needs

This year, for the second time, Eastern Iowa FCA and ARC are teaming up to offer children with special needs the opportunity to attend Power Camp. The ARC is handling all special needs applications for Power Camp as well as determining if the applicant is a good fit for this year's Power Camp offerings.
